Ajmichalka

AJ Michalka is an American actor, singer-songwriter, musician, and former model, popular as the half of the group 'Aly and AJ. They perform along with her sister, Aly Michalka. The two were born in Torrance, California, AJ was influenced by her mother, Carrie, who herself was a musician. AJ lived the majority of her youth in Torrance, Seattle, and Milwaukee. They were raised by their sisters and began playing the guitar and the piano in the early years. As they moved into adulthood, they had become adept in their area. AJ started performing when she was just 5 years old. She played characters in theatrical productions held at churches. AJ was a part of the school's musical productions. AJ began her career in acting in 2002 when she was an 11-year-old girl in the show 'Passions'.
