Alexandra Leigh LaForce is an American journalist, model, and beauty contest winner. She was born on the 11th of December, 1988. She has been covering NBA matches on TNT as a reporter for Turner Sports. Prior to that, she was the lead reporter of SEC college football games in addition to an on-court reporter for basketball in the NCAA tournament. LaForce is also host for We Need to Talk, on CBS Sports Network. LaForce is also a sportscaster, reporter and broadcaster for WJW (a FOX-affiliated station located in Cleveland). She won the Emmy Award in 2011 for her role as an anchor on FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown, a college football league for high schools. The show was named Miss Teen USA in 2005. In addition, she played basketball in college in Ohio University. Ohio University. LaForce started her pageantry career following her win of her the Miss Ohio Teen USA 2005 title, her first attempt to win this title in September 2004. LaForce, representing Ohio took part in The Miss Teen USA pageant 2005 was held at Baton Rouge on August 8 in 2005. LaForce participated in the evening gown, and interviews and was named Miss Teen USA 2005. LaForce was followed by Shelley Hennig from Louisiana. Her mother LaForce, born Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. The School for Film and Television in New York City awarded her an award of a scholarship as well as a deal to model for a year. She was also invited to participate in the NBC soap opera Passions. LaForce performed in different regions across the United States to promote awareness about alcohol and substance abuse and to continue her higher education at the high school in Ohio.
